Pranayama Club - Weekday mornings 7:00 am (MST)

Join this beautiful community every weekday morning, arrive in your Pj’s, coffee or tea in hand and camera off. In this half hour class we practice several breathing techniques including Kapalabhati, Bhastrika, Nadi Shodana, As well as mediation techniques, myofascial releasing and kriyas.

A regular pranayama practice can

  • Strengthen the respiratory system

  • Boost the immune system, support the endocrine system

  • Reduce stress, reduce anxiety and increase mindfulness

  • Boost energy

    Beginners and advanced practitioners are welcome
