My journey with Martha has been one that has changed my life more than I thought possible. Martha has helped me to accept my past traumas, not be defined by them and how to love and understand the woman that they have taken a part in creating. Years of repressing and minimizing my feelings had me in a place where I believed I would carry these burdens silently and solely for my lifetime. Even as I write these words and consider our sessions together I sit in a place of peace and confidence, thanks to Martha's commitment to helping me to live a better life. Through environmental practices, movement, breath and body work and our dialogs; I was able to understand myself and the affects of my traumas from inner perspectives I don't believe I could have found in the hands of anyone else. Our work together not only allowed me to find compassion and love for my self, but it changed every facet of my life since and how I live my life going forward.
