  • How does a Yoga Therapy session differ from a Yoga Class?

    A yoga therapy session is tailored to meet the individual. A more in-depth approach is taken to understanding your needs and together using a wide variety of evidence based techniques and practices we will work through the challenges of whatever it is you are going through.

    After every session you will walk away with skills to integrate into your life.

  • Do I need to have previous yoga experience?

    Not at all. In yoga therapy we adapt the practices and exercises around the individual and you may surprised that we spend very little time on ‘physical’ yoga and more time on other mind-body practices that will benefit you.

  • How many sessions will I need?

    Most clients see me for around 6-8 sessions. During our intake session I will give you an idea how many sessions we might need but we can always adapt along the way.

  • What if I cant afford the sessions?

    I believe that support and yoga therapy should be available and assessable for all who need me. Please send me an email as I have ‘Pay what you can’ slots available. I am more then happy to discuss your needs with you further.
